
I have also noticed the app is EXTRA glitchy on our smart phones since installing the software update for Apple-so it must not be all that compatible. The company said they do not know when they Will have a compatible app for the upgrades. If they don’t work half the time, what’s the point? Also, this app is not compatible with the new software upgrade for the iPad, but works for the iPhone, with the exact same software upgrade. The purpose of having cameras is to have the capability to check in on your home from your smart phone or tablet/ iPad when away. Sometimes spending 1-2 hours on the phone and the issue isn’t resolved until hours later. We’ve had our systems about 6 months and have already had to place 5 calls for customer service. My family has the same system with a different internet provider and experiences exactly the same problems.

Now the app works better than I’ve ever experienced.
